Theo has over 10 years' experience in strategy and transformation. He co-founded Vela, an advisory and venture studio, after leading BCG's GenAI enablement across the Middle East. Theo focuses on preparing organisations for AI through strategy, training and building AI-native ventures.
Gonzalo Torano
Co-founder & Managing Director
Gonzalo has over 8 years' experience in strategy, investment and large-scale transformation. At BCG, he led flagship initiatives for sovereign wealth funds and national development programmes, and designed the GenAI training for senior management. He previously held investment roles at Nazca Capital and DSM Venturing across biotech, nutrition and industrials.
